NAME - Flicka GENDER - Mare AGE (YR2) - 3 years REGION - Runner APPEARANCE - A smaller built, and hardy little mare standing at fourteen hands. There is obviously some trace amounts of Arabian in her as displayed in her facial features and smaller, more delicate frame. She has the large expressive, doe-like eyes, small curved ears, and a slightly dished profile. However she is not as fine boned as a desert-bred horse or quite nearly so graceful or elegant. There is such a mixture of blood in her that it would be easiest to say that she is just a mutt, without any other truly obvious breeds. Flicka is a light and richly hued chestnut with a perfect narrow blaze (not a stripe) running down her face and three white socks. PERSONALITY - Flighty by nature, she's generally attuned to her surroundings and is highly observant. She is a gentle soul with nary a bad bone to be found in her yet. Mostly, the little mare tries to be open to others, and friendly, but is not as naive as some. She just lacks the experience to be knowledgable about a lot. HISTORY - Flicka was born to a Runner and has known no other life. It was simply the way she was raised by a single mother with no herd, constantly on the move. Her mother taught her her manners, how to survive in the wild. Soon after Flicka was two and a half years old, her mother convinced her to venture out on her own, in case old demons ever came back to haunt her. And so here Flicka is after a few months of wandering.

By the sounds of her history she is probably a wanderer. Runners are horses who used to be slaves and have ran from their masters

Ok, it was all pretty confusing. I was just thinking of her dam as runner and thought that would make her one too. Change her to a wanderer then if that works best. I'll go with what you say she is. I'm still learning.

Ok I understand now. I didn't realize that when you said she was born a runner it meant she was born to a runner. The history just needs to be changed up a bit but now that I understand what your saying its okay. And no worries about still learning. Most of us are still learning She is accepted as a runner. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me or Eden or any of the members who have been here for awhile. Welcome to Geneva Valley!
